Better Scrum Explorer training is role-agnostic to
If someone hears about something called “Better Scrum” and is curious about what it is, I often start by sharing my journey “Playing the Game of Scrum”, using this visual as a representation…
🎯The goal of “Better Scrum” is to explore deeper with purpose, principles and values. This training is role-agnostic learning with Scrum, to cross the bridge, see what great Scrum looks like, and cause change by being a new better version of yourself
It will be valuable 💎 whatever your experience with Scrum
(SASM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM2, PSPO2, A-CSPO, etc.)
I am building bridges, one at a time, and this ⬇️ bridge may be useful for you
The training is designed in a way that whatever your experience with Scrum, whether you are a novice with Scrum, or a seasoned practitioner, you will learn many new things.
Designed with all learnings needed to pass PSM 1
Includes also essential leadership skills for pushing to PSM 2
And provides the building blocks I learned to achieve PSM 3
High quality 💎 and affordable and accessible ✨

More generally, Mark has a real gift for highlighting the relationships between the core concepts in the Scrum Guide. The Guide presents them in their simplest form, almost like atoms, and Mark connects them organically, showing how they interact in practice.
Finally, the format of the workshop itself was highly engaging and participative. Watching such an enthusiastic and skilled facilitator at work was not only insightful but also genuinely inspiring.
