Empiricism – Empirical Process Control – the Scrum empirical pillars

The purpose is to give you
Structure, Modelling, Connecting, Integrating, to Instinct
That’s how we succeed in everything we do

Structure

In each 90 minutes session, this will be the structure and agenda:

• 5 mins – Alignment
• 30 mins – Dive into the principle together
• 30 mins – Map Scrum around the principle
• 15 mins – Explore a situation in 5 mins
• 5 mins – Close
