Purpose

The purpose of this workshop is to give you
Structure, Modelling, Connecting, Integrating, to Instinct
Using the Situation Structure designed specifically for taking the PSM 3 exam

After the session, you will be able to resolve situations
By having a deeper understanding of Scrum
And by looking at the situation through the lens of the principle

This workshop is not only interactive-based
It is a Masterclass on Scrum using Training from the Back of the Room

Who

This session is primarily useful for PSM 3 Candidates
PSM 1 and PSM 2 are recommended pre-requisites, but not mandatory

If you are not a PSM 3 Candidate, this session is still profoundly useful, as you will leave with a completely new understanding of Scrum and how it is a powerful framework in real-world problem-solving.

It is also recommended that you are aligned with 2020 Scrum

• 30 mins – Connecting the principle
• 10 mins – Break
• 30 mins – Bringing to life the principle
• 30 mins – Structure Scrum around the principle
• 30 mins – Explore situations
• 5 mins – Close
