I am a seasoned Agile practitioner (Scrum Master) with a strong background in software quality assurance, specializing in Scrum Master roles. I am dedicated to guiding teams through their Agile journey, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving organizational transformations (6+ Years SM experience + 8 Years Test Lead experience)

Agile Methodology & Skills

I am proficient in various Agile frameworks, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, and have extensive experience working on JIRA,Azure DevOps, Confluence, Salesforce,GenAI, Azure, App Insights, NewRelic, Kibana, Black Duck, Mural, Miro, and MS Team. Actively participating in Scrum Master Communities of Practice (COP), I collaborate with peers to share best practices and continuously enhance my skills and knowledge.

Technical Proficiency

With a background in software quality assurance and testing, I have managed and led teams in both onsite and offshore environments. My expertise includes project planning, release management, change management, and risk management, along with a deep understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodologies. 

I have successfully implemented Shift Left strategies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices to improve test efficiency and reduce defects across project lifecycles. am well-versed in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Eclipse, and various testing frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM).
