While the team is problem solving, be present to ensure it resolves with consensus, always keeping calm and staying neutral. Ask powerful questions, promote inclusion and never, and I mean “never”, accept the Status Quo.
Managing conflict requires self-awareness, active listening, focus, mediating, facilitating, NVC and a bag full of empathy 🌱 among other skills.
